I’m Robyn — a Holistic Health Coach, TRE® Provider, and Personal Trainer with over a decade of experience in the fitness industry. My work sits at the intersection of physical training, nervous system regulation, and sustainable health.
My journey began in traditional fitness, where I learned the value of strength, discipline, and consistency. Over time, I saw a pattern that strength alone couldn’t solve — burnout, recurring injuries, hormonal imbalance, chronic stress, and bodies stuck in survival mode despite doing “all the right things.” That curiosity led me deeper into holistic health, nervous system science, and trauma-informed practices.
Today, I support people who want more than quick fixes or extremes. My approach is grounded, practical, and deeply respectful of the body’s intelligence. I work with movement not just to build strength, but to improve mobility, coordination, recovery, and resilience — while supporting the nervous system so the body can actually adapt and heal.
TRE® (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) is a core part of my work. It offers a bottom-up way to release stored stress and tension, helping the nervous system move out of chronic fight-or-flight and back into regulation. When the nervous system feels safe, training becomes more effective, recovery improves, and health becomes sustainable.
I believe true wellbeing is built through balance — strength and softness, effort and rest, structure and intuition. My role is not to override the body, but to help you understand it, work with it, and trust it again.
