Hi there! I’m Robyn
For over a decade, I worked as a personal trainer helping people get stronger, fitter, and more confident. But over time, I noticed something important: many people were doing everything “right” — training hard, eating well — yet still felt exhausted, stuck, or constantly starting over.
The issue wasn’t effort. It was their nervous system. That realisation changed my approach completely.
Today, my work is bottom-up and nervous-system-led. I focus on regulation first, because the nervous system governs how we move, recover, digest, and adapt to stress.
When it feels safe, the body responds — strength builds, energy returns, and health becomes sustainable.
This is where intelligent training, supportive nutrition, and practices like TRE (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) come together — not as separate pieces, but as one integrated approach.
I don’t push bodies harder. I help them feel safe enough to change.
